1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CNCVerse Premium subscription service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CNCVerse Premium provides paid subscription access to a curated collection of extensions. The Service is offered on a Monthly (₹20/month) and Yearly (₹200/year) basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and have a valid payment method to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm these requirements are met.

4. Account & Access

• Access is tied to your Google account used at sign-in.
• You may use the subscription on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Sharing credentials with others or using the service commercially is prohibited.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorize the transaction. Subscriptions are one-time, non-recurring — you will not be automatically charged at renewal.

6. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. When your subscription period ends, access expires unless you manually purchase a new plan. Renewing before expiry extends your existing period — existing time is never lost.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or distribute access.
• Do not abuse or overload the service infrastructure.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

CNCVerse Premium is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

1. Information We Collect

• Google Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google OAuth.
• Payment Data: Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking details.
• Subscription Data: We store your email, subscription plan, start date, and expiry date to manage your access.
• Usage Data: Basic access logs (timestamps, device count) are maintained to enforce device limits and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide subscription access.
• To manage your subscription status and send renewal reminders (if any).
• To enforce device limits and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support requests and GitHub issue reports.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy).
• Cloudflare Workers — for API hosting and data storage (subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy).
• Google — for identity authentication (subject to Google's privacy policy).

4. Data Retention

Your subscription data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and up to 90 days after expiry for dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Security

We use server-side token verification, encrypted storage on Cloudflare KV, and do not log sensitive information. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

• Request access to or correction of your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this will terminate your access).

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Google Sign-In may set cookies as part of its OAuth flow.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
• The subscription has not been activated or used (i.e., you have not signed in and accessed extensions using the subscribed account).
• There is a verifiable technical failure on our end that prevented access entirely.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Subscription has been activated and extensions have been accessed.
• Refund request is made after the 7-day window.
• Partial refunds for unused time within an active subscription are not available.
• Downtime caused by GitHub-tracked issues that are actively being resolved.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Raise a GitHub Issue on the CNCVerse repository with title "Refund Request — [your email]".
2. Include your registered email address, payment date, Razorpay Payment ID (if available), and reason for refund.
3. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method:

• UPI — credited to your UPI-linked bank account.
• Credit/Debit Card — credited to your card account.
• Net Banking — credited to your bank account.
• Wallet — credited to the wallet used.

Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 2–7 additional business days).

5. No Physical Returns

CNCVerse Premium is a digital subscription service. No physical product is involved, and therefore no physical returns apply.

1. How Subscriptions Work

CNCVerse Premium subscriptions are one-time, non-recurring purchases. You are not enrolled in an auto-renewal plan. There is no automatic charge at the end of your subscription period.

2. How to Cancel

Since subscriptions are not auto-renewed, no formal cancellation action is required. Simply do not repurchase a plan when your current subscription expires. Your access will automatically end at the expiry date.

3. Early Cancellation

• If you wish to stop using the service before your subscription expires, you may request account deactivation via GitHub Issues.
• Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused time unless it falls within the 7-day refund window and the subscription has not been used (see Refund Policy).

4. Account Deactivation Request

To request immediate account deactivation (e.g., for data privacy reasons), raise a GitHub Issue titled "Account Deactivation — [your email]". We will process within 3 business days. Note: deactivation does not trigger a refund unless within the eligible refund window.

5. Service Discontinuation

In the rare event we discontinue the CNCVerse Premium service entirely, active subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance, and pro-rated refunds will be offered for remaining subscription time.
